Sarah has been gifted, highly sensitive and a high sensation seeker her whole life, but only became fully aware of these traits in her 40s. Having recognized these personality traits in herself and her children, Sarah set out to learn more about them, understand the impact that these traits have had in her life, and then explore the ways in which she could achieve balance and grow, from surviving to thriving.
